I work for developers, funders, local authorities, institutions, businesses and other organisations on construction and commercial law matters relating to property development projects and do so promptly to allow deadlines to be met.

Projects encompass many types of development including regeneration, business parks, mixed-use schemes, shopping centres, hotels, offices, housing developments and single projects such as single flat conversion.

I have particular experience of drafting, advising on and negotiating professional appointments and advising on the appropriate role of each professional and the interface between their respective services.
